Athletic Participation Requirements for All Student-Athletes
All student athletes must have the above completed and turned into the TJHSST Athletic Training Staff no later than February 17th to participate in the first day of try-outs. Please reach out to Dr. Murphy and the AT Staff with any questions regarding paperwork and registration requirements.
Additional Information
All student athletes trying out for soccer must dress appropriately (for both the weather and in soccer/athletic attire), bring their own water, and a properly inflated soccer ball.
Please check back soon for information regarding potential Green Days prior to try-outs. Green Day participation requires all the above paperwork to be complete.
JV Try-outs will be held February 21st-24th.
- Try-outs will be held February 21st-24th from 4:30-6:15 at Holmes Middle School
- A bus from TJ to Holmes will be pick-up outside of door 11. Parents will be required to pick-up their students athletes at Holmes Middle School after practice.

Varsity try-outs will be held February 20th-24th
- Try-outs on February 20th will be held from 4:00-6:00 at the TJHSST Practice Field
- Try-outs on February 21st-24th will be held from 6:00-7:30 at the TJHSST Stadium Field
- Varsity try-outs are limited to upper classman and a few previously identified underclassman

Student-athletes will be evaluated on their technical and tactical ability, fitness, athleticism, and teamwork.
