Welcome to the 2023 golf season.

The coaches this year will be John Myers (jemyers@fcps.edu) and Rick Whittenberger, rcwhittenberger@fcps.edu
Mr. Myers will coach the coed team, with Mr. Whittenberger assisting, Coach Whittenberger will coach the girls team, assisted by Coach Myers. Mr. T. S. Kang will continue as our parent liaison to the Tj Booster Club.
Practice will begin Thursday, July 27th. at Pinecrest Golf Course. Two tournaments have been scheduled, August 7@ Greendale and August 14 at Laurel Hill.
Girls are allowed to play on the coed team, scores permitting. That being said, all players trying out should turn in score cards for at least nine holes of golf played on any golf course, except par three courses. It is recommended that you play at least one round at Pinecrest so that you can familiarize yourself with our home course.

In order to tryout, you should know how to play golf, own your own clubs, be registered, have a current athletic physical and compete the concussion protocols for parent and players.
