School Accident Insurance
You must carry accident insurance or health insurance in order to participate. If you need to purchase accident insurance, please follow these directions.
- Go to www.fcps.edu/sports , scroll to Student Insurance Information.
- Click on Enroll Now
- You will be directed to K and K insurance.
- Search Fairfax County Public Schools and find Thomas Jefferson HS
If you are a football player, please make sure to purchase the football option in combination with another one of the coverage packages.
You will need to turn in a receipt to Heather Murphy to indicate that you have purchased a plan.
You will get a confirmation email once you select your coverage and you can forward that to me for documentation.
You will not be able to participate until we have a valid physical for you.
